edit: SO would his Ideal build be Crit+AD no attack speed, or AD+ Armor Pen and Crit with Crit Dmg runes?
I was expecting him to have 400 ad with Iedge or something

PrometheS2 votesYeah, he honestly has the worst lane phase of any ADC except maybe for Kog. You either CS or you harass but you can't do both perfectly due to the ammo system. His damage is only good after a lot of items imo. If I were to guess a winrate by the end of the month, it would be 45%.

Blodjägare1 votesHe needs a nerf to the last shot on his 4 hit auto attacks. Otherwise he is fine if you ask me, he is extremely vulnerable to champions like jarvan who can simply jump on him.
Ultra Combo Ryze1 votesI notice the reload grace period is longer than graves making him way below 1v1 with any adc (especially Vayne lel) but he has great Long range (sniper) Damage potential and must be ultilize as such, meaning grand drums please bongo bongo n64 Drums he is a SUpport/AD role, due to vulnerability and very slow casttimes/attackspeed/reload speed he should be used as a AD Zyra.
My Opinion
Second, he scales ad 10% avge more than most, but his very skinny skill shot puts him more in a support role than carry because hes bullets can slow enemies down, giving the ADC a chance for Kill Secure ot Team Fight Initiate
