Is rumble Viable nowdays ?

He is... kinda weak right now. I think some people have swapped him over to jg.

Also I don't recommend playing Rumble without experience using Viktor's Death Ray. That is a long cd to mess up.

rumble is a strong and weak as he's been for a long while now, he isn't a top meta pick because of his lack of CC and difficult aim for most people on his ult, but still strong as far as AOE damage on his Q and ult, along with low CDR. he hasn't really changed, just swapped for champions with more Umph in one area or another than rumble.
