Every game my keyboard gets super laggy, Help!

So basically every single game I play, my keyboard starts to lag, the ping is fine and i can move with mouse properly, but my keyboard inputs are delayed by 5 or 6 seconds Even when i need to alt tab it takes roughly 5 seconds to get me out To fix it i usually need to alt tab a few times and refresh my desktop And it only happens once per game, not anymore. This only happens in League of Legends, it doesn't in any other game i play. Any help? thanks in advance!
