In need of a mentor

Ever dreamed of being able to tell someone how bad they are? But then teach them how to improve? Then this could be the job for you! I would like to get out of my funk and my learning curve. I have been playing for a long time but am stuck not improving. I would like someone plat or higher, or gold honestly to take a realistic look at my actual game play and teach me where I can improve. I am trying to do this so I can successfully join my college esports team. The vast majority of those that tried out were bronze and silver, I am myself am in bronze but have glimpsed gold and tend to be able to reach silver.
