Trinket slot enchants.

After laning, I'm usually the only one placing wards on the map. Could we add enchants that add damage/regen/cdr and activate on trinket use? That way MAYBE people will feel motivated to drop their ward/use their scanner/sweeper and make the support's life a bit easier. (the buff should last the length of the item cooldown)
