Can we move season rewards up to Plat, and maybe even diamond?

As I look at my friends list right now, there are 3 people who i KNOW that got boosted that are on(2 of them i physically witnessed getting boosted). Even more in my community's group chat. And of course Riot has not caught these players, because a lot of them just had friends hang out and boost their account in person, and since Riot refuses to use common sense and notice when keybinds are changed and champ pools are changed, its probably NOT the same player.

With season 6 ranked ideas previewed, It will be even easier to boost a player or "artificially boost" a player. Getting 2 good players to carry a bad player that will play support will make it to, anybody can and if they bother, WILL get gold+. Basically it is not hard to carry a bronze or silver player into gold. I imagine it would be MUCH harder to carry bad players to plat/diamond. Riot has shown to me that they dont care about banning boosters, or dont have the tools at their exposure to efficiently notice boosted players, so they might as well just make it so its much harder for people to get carried to elos that they dont belong in.

OR why not just give all players the skin as long as they're not toxic? Because pretty much anybody that knows somebody who is capable of reaching gold(and its pretty easy to be honest)can get these rewards. It just slightly gets to me knowing that I will be sharing borders with friends who are nowhere near my skill or decision making level, its even scarier knowing that if i play solo q next season that having a gold border could either mean they are somewhat decent at league of legends or they got boosted and they are going to be utter garbage.

You realize that like over 70% of the player base is silver and bronze right that means they don't get rewards. Also i think the rewards are meant to be an achievable goal which is gold by having it diamond which less than 2% of players are makes it pretty dumb of a concept. It's fine the way it is with even silvers getting some extra benefit of getting a boarder.

  1. The vast majority of the player base actually cannot hit gold
  2. Different key binding does not mean different player, I bind my smartcast differently from champion to champion, and my boyfriend does not even place his Flash on the same key depending on his secondary summoner spell

Well they can make the skin just a participation reward, play 10 games, get placed, get the skin. Maybe give another skin for diamond that is purchasable by everybody. Or give them an exclusive emote on the account that you can only use if you reached diamond. All having rewards at such a low elo level does is make it to where players get boosted constantly, and riot has shown they dont have the tools to punish these players.

i really dont get why all the down votes, its like people dont care that there are a lot of fake gold players
