Have you tried getting a different Summoner to play Sejuani instead of the one playing her now? I hear that'll help overcome this issue with Sejuani.

Look up how to play sejuani, its all about ulting to win fights and using your cc. Either you are playing her wrong or your team didnt follow up

max e or w first, depending on your preference (i max e). build ap tanky. jungle route. q and ult for a nice gank. other than that, just practice. sej can own.

riot policy states that once your 3 refunds are gone, they stay gone. i tried to get an extra refund once myself. i bought frost queen janna by accident. i meant to gift it to my wife. i even told them i was just going to use the refund to repurchase the same skin, just for my wife this time. still a no go. so, to this day, i still have frost queen janna. luckily, janna destroys on aram, which is about the only place i use her.

good luck with the refund. just thought i'd share my own experience with it, as well as some sej tips.

If you really want to refund her, you need to go in the appropriate tab in the shop. But as atheist said, you should look up for guides and watch experimented players play as her and try to improve from all that.

its all good now i got my win :o now seji now i can just go back to not using her :D
