Manmode Taric: Ignite-Exhaust, no boots, 0/30/0 masteries, all armour runes. A shame you can't really do that anymore :/

Sion item 3930 item 3071 item 3022 item 3748 boots and a tank item (maybe item 3025 for max CDR or item 3065 for MR).

I do not have a creative name of this build. Effectively the key to devourer Sion is to use your abilities to keep people close while you keep smacking them for a surprisingly high amount of damage. Best if your team already has a tank and you all are doing so well that you can get sated.
