Stop overnerfing Champs

When Riot nerfs champions, they are often nerfed into obliteration. My example right now is Tahm Kench. While I may be sort of biased because he is one of my main champs, he has been nerfed into near obsoleteness, and then this patch Riot continued to hit him hard again. Even though he is already significantly weakened. He is now even weaker than release tahm kench. Seriously Riot, please stop making champions useless with overly-strong nerfs, and then wondering why people don't play certain champs. Gangplank is soon going to be useless as well. Please @Riot, these champions may be too strong at certain points, but that shouldn't mean that you destroy them as a whole. There are far more broken champs than Tahm.
