My buffs and nerfs, Take a look

w: ( Shroud) been able to be seen under towers, been able to be seen with pink ward after re entering. Should help players with a way to punish akali for tower diving under tower when done wrong.
Amumu: He just wants to join in COME ON
R: ( Curse of the sad mummy ) Lower cool down by 10%. Will help Amumu in the mid game with team fighting.
Ashe: More arrows= more damage
Basic Attack Damage + 5 Q: ( focus ) increase Q damage by 20 ( idk just increase q damage xD )
Aurelion Sol: Roam
E: ( Comet , Travel ) Lower cool down by 5%, to help Sol roam around the map.
Azir: Revert
Revert W (Arise) and R (Wall) W: increase Auto attack range R: Make it so enemies cant walk threw wall and increase since by 1 solider on each side.
Lower Azir armor and magic resist by -7 and per level -0.15, To counter Azir buffs. There should be a way to counter Azir or punish Azir when he is far up and make it easier to play vs him when he all ins.
Blitzcrank: Should help blitz bully lane more instead of being passive because Q mana cost way to much during laning phase.
Q: ( pull) Lower mana cost by 20 rach rank.
Corki: Corki upgraded airplane bomber, Should help corki during laning phase.
Q :( aoe Bomb drop ) Increase range by 15%
E: increase range by 5%
Draven: Legit no real good rune on Draven, conquer wasnt meant to be for Marksman (adcs)
Increase basic auto +6, increase ad per level +1.
Gangplank: Terrible Spot after, Crit remove from trinty

NEW Passive will be included, Old passive still stays : Now will get 1 gold coin per every 10 seconds. Like on Twisted Treeline. SO IT DOESNT TAKE FUCKEN 50+ MINS TO FARM FOR ALL 3 R BUFFS, REALLY RIOT.
Q (Gun) : Lower mana cost by 10. Shiv and Firecannon now work on Q giving him the on hit effect at 100 stacks.
Gnar: O Second time it just doesnt hurt anymore? what u immune?
Q ( Boomerang ) :Now deals the same damage when coming back.
Ivern: LEGIT dont play him but dang i just feel like he needs some love. Buff him just just a little.
Kennen: Rework E feels so dam useless 95% of the time.
E ( run it down and die before i can use r or anything else when flash on cooldown ): Shoots lighting into a random spot ( Circle aoe clicking thing ) then teleports after 0.5 seconds. Or Press E and kennen Dashes fast in a letter shape as Z ( looks like lighting ).
Morde: Rework pls, the rework riot didn wasnt good, mostly the W, Keep r somehow i thing its pretty dope and Q
Naut: He is build out of armor and is still so easy to kill.
Dude Basic Armor + 4, + 1.2 per level
W ( Sheild ) Lower early game cooldown by ~5%. Will help Naut during laning or jungling.
Pantheon: E damage feels very very useless besides the passive.
E HeartSekkers Strike ( aoe spear shit ): Monsters and minions no longer take reduce damage. inrease damage on e
> Nerfs:

E ( Spirit ): now is magic damage instead of physical. Its a me thing, Black Cleaver with e is just to much, you cant engage cause then she will press r, you still take to much damage before leaving circle, and by the time you do she would have already proc the cleaver.
Kled: BROKEN PASSIVE, DUMB REMOUNT
Passive: Now takes longer before remounting. Extremely broken how kled can remount so fast, Mostly when it takes a lot to dismount him and when you do dismount him he can remount really fast and gain +1000 hp and can 1v2 like its a 2v2 . LIKE WTF....
Veigar: 1 Spell you dead? really???????? AND ITS AUTOLOCK?!
R ( broken burst ) removes increasing damage base on missing health. Now does 268 damage ( +ap) instead of 175 to 350 (+ ap). Scales 130 per ranking. ( Max damage would be 528, live is 650)

Ohwrecker ( the item no one uses but trick2g, makes turrets useless ) : Increase duration of the tower being down from 3 seconds to 5. Cooldown decrease from 120 to 60 seconds. I feel like this item should be a play making item. Dont nerf any of the stats ( 300 health ,50 armor, 10%cd , the rest is meh)
Void: Increase range. Void can now push down lane farther away before they die. Nerf the void health so they die more easier. Balance .
this item. Remove ap. Add resist.
More crit ad items, so far there are only 2,

. Funneling in 3s is broken and annoying to play with, Very little room to counter unless you are also funneling . Much easier for carry to get gold since jungle camps are easy to clear and right next to lane, Making it so they only miss 1 minion the most.
