What if Sivir's ult gave movement speed AND a 10% tenacity boost?
Seems like Sivir needs a nice lift and buffing her pretty weak ult might do the trick! Hehe xD

In before you get flamed for an idea.
Giving an ADC Tenacity is a big no no. She could definitely use a small buff, but that isn't the right way to go about it. Early game mana cost buffs or giving her ult some of its power back would probably be good choices. Her kit is pretty fine tbh just needs some number tuning.
You know sivir is weak when I couldn't duel as 5-0 sivir vs 0-5 Vayne. That is when I said I will not play sivir again until buffed. Felt like I did no damage even when I had most gold.
10% Tenacity wouldn't do much If you're getting CC'd as ADC you're probably dead and 10% isn't gonna change that That's just a waste of power distribution
She needs something else
And buffing her ult is the last thing you want since that's where most of her power budget already lies and it is the single reason as to why she's been nerfed multiple times in the past
Personally I don't think she needs buffs.
