In the middle of a game, (i play windowed mode), a separate alt-tabbed window pops up for about 0.5 seconds and causes my mouse to turn back to normal mouse, and i cannot move around in game using the mouse, i have to hit alt-tab again to get league back as the main window for the mouse to work properly. Annoying AF.

Peeb1 votesIt opens then closes very quickly, within 0.5 sec roughly. Im fairly certain it is generated by the league client, even occurs when i am not in a game
DarkRitual1 votesTry enabling the option to exit the client when in-game. If it is league, it seems like the user client and not the game client. This should at least work untill the issue could be found and fixed for sure.

PhDs Nuts1 votesIt's not the client. It's the windows update, caused by Office.
Search for "Task Scheduler" in your windows search bar and open it.
In the scrolldown menu at the bottom of the window that pops up, double click the task "OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerLogon".
Disable "OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration.exe"
