Either Kassadin is shit or Ahri is unfair

I'd like to know which one is more likely to be true since last game I played Kass into Ahri and as far as I'm concerned, last time I checked it, Kassadin was an anti-mage assassin, however not only she outdamaged me heavily throughout all the game, I just stood no chance against her. In lane she would miss Q and E and outdamage my QE combo with just W and auto. In my opinion thats ridiculous, especially considering Kassadin has ap shield on his Q and magic dmg reduction on his passive, and i was also running nullifying orb rune, which should render her dmg useless against Kass in a 1vs1. But that didnt happen at all. My point is, im kinda done of unfair stuff, like champions that excel agaisnt others but in the end its not true. Considering Kassadins concept, I should win that matchup by any means, since thats the whole point of playing Kass into an ap.

You died like level 2, Kassadin is notoriously bad from behind. You lost around a level in exp, then got killed again when Ahri hit level 6. From that point on you were severely behind Ahri. Rengar almost managed to save your lane, but you just couldn't keep it together and your continuous dying crushed any chance of you recovering.

What if I say Ahri is sh*t and Kass is unfair ? seriously tho what are you talking about Ahri early be like " Q W E few basic attacks applying electrocute" and barely takes 45% of your hp , or less actually since kassadin has his shield and other stuff , she will really deal way less than that , probably you were just bad ?

Kass sucks before level 6. He gets absolutely shit on by any competent mage players at that point. You're supposed to overcome this by laning carefully and biding your time. This is Kassadin's only real weakness. If he isn't shut down before level 6 he'll probably carry.

You didnt get a wits end. Ironically your at the end of your wits. No for real tho, now you know she can hurt. Doesnt matter why, just that she can. Plan around that and carry on in life my dude. It will never be as bad as on-hit braum.

Kassadin IS anti-mage, once he gets rolling. Pre-6, he's not so good. If you get seriously behind, it's pretty much over for you. That's all there is to it.

Kassadin isn't a anti-mage and even even less a anti assasin. He's a late game AP assasin with easier time surviving early game to mage. Also, you have only 4 games on Kassadin, you can't counterpick and expect it will do all the job for you. AP shield is useless if Ahri doesn't use any spell within the window. Nullyfing orb won't trigger if she finish you with aa ignite, especially if she miss her spell like you say.
