@Riot Please Confirm Patch Notes Missed Changes for Jinx's Passive

Namely, that the 15% Attack speed was changed from Bonus -> **Total **Attack Speed, after it was made so the passive cannot stack. Did this change actually go through? This is not insignificant, and it is not listed in the patch notes, or in jinxylord/RiotAugust's tweet.

Also, why doesn't Attack speed scaling have coloured text?

Actually, I didnt know GE has extra bullsht aside from the movement boost for the longest time

Actually, if i remember correctly, it was total attack speed before. If you look at the patch notes on the wiki page, the patch where they added the stacking attack speed also says total attack speed.
