Why automated leaverbuster is great..... For actual quitters..... (?And Where Is the Tribunal?)

Like many other lol players, I've been playing for a solid three years now. My experience has been a good one; no bans, never placed on leaverbuster, never toxic, etc.... Up until about three weeks ago. My computer and/or my wifi started having some issues with league. Right as league would go from the champ select screen to the normal champ loading screen I would consistently get dc'd. I would restart lol and usually it would get me back into game. But then good ol' leaverbuster started hitting me. I would play 90-95 percent of the game and we would often win. But leaverbuster, being the system it is, cant differentiate between an actual rage quitter and someone who simply gets dc'd for a brief amount of time. I opened a ticket to resolve the issue and the riot employee was very in depth and helpful but unfortunately I started having the problems again. And guess what... more leaverbuster. Now, I know what your thinking. I'm bringing it on myself and I need to get the problems actually fixed. I agree. But the way this system is engineered is not only ruining my experience, but the experience of many others who experience the same problems. You play good, your a team-player, your non-toxic, you get dc'd for five minutes. You rejoin, you win. You get leaverbuster. Doesn't make sense. What happened to the Tribunal? The tribunal was a fair system run by REAL people, and not just anyone. They were the players. They were the ones who understand these problems, and who understand the frustration behind REAL rage-quitters. I realize that Riot WAS making some adjustments to The Tribunal, but over a year later and it still hasn't been re-introduced into the game?? Lol is a game by the players, for the players. And that's the way that punishments should be given out. Not by an automated system run by ones and zeroes. What do you think about all this? Let Riot and myself know your opinions. I appreciate CONSTRUCTIVE feedback, not hate.

Thanks, Chris
