Nerfed Fizz and Blade of the Ruined King

Fizz is not Fish·1/22/2015, 2:44:20 AM·1 votes·1,312 views

Seastone Trident Active's damage on-hit changed to 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8% of target's missing health) from 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+ 25% AP).

Blade of the Ruined King Passive UNIQUE: Your attacks deal** 8% of the target's current health in physical damage** (60 max vs minions and monsters).

So FIzz's every AA deal 8% of the target's max health if we build BoRK,8% miss health in magic damage and 8% current health in physical damage. If the enemy got the ULT debuff it would be 9.6%.

So AD jungle/top Fizz is coming XD.

Depends on how they stack. If they're calculated simultaneously, then yes, it works out to 8% max.

8% current then 8% missing, though, would be more than 8% max, while 8% missing then 8% current would be less.
