I think its fine if he stays there for a little while, give people time to get used to his new style
And playing against him is still the most annoying thing in the game.

Ult isn't very reliable. Simple case for Fizz's low winrate - having his kill potential dependent on unreliable skills doesn't contribute well to increasing Fizz's winrate.
A fed Fizz doesn't mean much if he can't hit his ult, since exactly half of his base damage and 1/3 of his total AP ratio is tied to that skill.

Still has his uses
Just got gold 5 In ranked (Most of my games have been with gold 2-plat 4 during my promos) and I get first blood in probably 90% of my games.
10% attack speed from runes you have an god like level 2. Ignite early for up front damage + extra damage on your W. I've been taking W at level 1 and using it to push/trade with enemies when they go to cs then beating them to level 2. W + Q and you win almost all trades.
Don't hate on his win rate, just jump on the freelo train.

Like I said he's trash tier now, they literally trashed him because people complained.
you can do full ad crit Fizz, because his Q is sorta like Gangplank's Q.
Also, winrate doesn't reflect a champion's strength. How you play a champion and YOUR skill is more important.
I think it's mostly cos his playstyle changed a lot. Give people time to adjust to the poorer laning phase/the increased care needed in landing ult and it should rise. Right now I imagine a lot of people are still playing him as if he's got a strong laning phase and only needs QE to kill people. Might be too big a nerf but I don't think we can be sure yet.
I dont know why people are saying his playstyle changed he is the same champion he just has shittier numbers now. Shitty numbers on a melee is low winrate bait.
Alot of people arent aware of the changes. I just played with a guy who would always throw his fish out last. I told him he needs to do it first and everyone yelled at me to leave him alone.
