Vi or Lee sin jungle?
Well I thought about buying Lee sin cuz I have seen soo many people play him, but I want to buy Vi too, so can any one help me out? I will be very pleased!

Both are meh.
lee sin is overplayed and many people prob know how to counter him. Vi is better.
If you're just looking to have fun, play lee. Probably get 150 normal games on him before even going ranked. If you're looking to climb, forget both because vi is meh and lee is shit unless he's played literally flawlessly all game.
I've never played Lee Sin, but I hear he's extremely enjoyable. He's ultra hard to pull off at a competent level though since you need to be able to use his mechanics to the maximum if you want to do decently. Hitting his Q is essential. Vi is a bit less flashy, but she's still got some depth to her kit, and people have less assumptions about Vi players. Both of them are really hard engagers. Vi has the choice to go in on whoever she wants because of her ultimate, whereas Lee Sin needs some tricky plays to take out the enemy carry. Lee Sin has a lot more burst than Vi, who does sustained damage. Vi is slightly more tanky than Lee Sin. Both can play top lane as well as jungle, but Lee Sin's top lane is stronger because he isn't so telegraphed and also has disengage. He's also got poke.
All in all, I think you'll enjoy Lee Sin more if you take the time to master his kit, but Vi is also fun and more consistent.
1st question ... what rank are you? if your below gold 2 dont get lee 2ndly Vi is effective and easier to play and doesnt fall of as hard late game. she can ult with point and click. if you wanna be flamed for being bad and told never to play lee again go ahead and get lee.
im not hating im just telling you what to expect. play who you want. lee is harder but can be considered a funner champ where as vi is ok has reliable easier ganks
Lee is better for early game, vi is better for mid game.
Lee's ult is absolute cancer, but Vi is more fun to actually play, in my opinion.
Im level 7 mastery on Lee, currently in Silver 4. To answer your question, it depends if your top priority is to climb elo, or to have fun.
If you just want to have fun, I would recommend Lee. Hes very exciting to play and it feels very rewarding to hit a perfect InSec kick or outplay someone.
The problem that I have found with Lee however is that the skill and effort required to play him consistently well is disproportionately high compared to the end result that he provides. For example, a silver Jarvan player will probably have more success than a silver Lee Sin because these 2 champions effectively fill the same role in a team comp, but Jarvan is a lot easier to play and therefore the Jarvan player will make less mistakes, therefore winning more games and climbing faster.
Vi is more linear and in my opinion less fun than Lee, but she is much easier to play and can carry games very well, especially in low elo. As others have said, she also scales into the late game a lot better than Lee which is important as low elo games tend to last longer than high elo, due to the difficulty that low elo players have closing out games when they are ahead.
