When i play kindred, champs like 
always show up while i am fighting red buff or blue and he steals it and kills me,what am i suppose to do?*[zombie-brand-facepalm]*after that i cant farm or kill anyone
You should be shitting on those champs, just saying.
Ward over the wall so you can see them coming.
Drag the buff into the bush so you they can't sneak up on you as easily and they can't see its health.
Alternatively, alter your jungle route to avoid them or waste their time. For example, start on the buff camp, kill a second small camp before doing the buff, or start on the other side of the jungle.
When in doubt, back off. Even if you get a bit behind, your teammates will be aware of the invading enemy's position and can all possibly collapse into that area and kill the invader.
If there's really nothing that you or your team can do (and if it's the start of the game this seems unlikely), then just do the same thing back to them; if they're taking YOUR jungle, then there's a very high chance that nobody is in theirs; go help yourself to some nice, tasty Krugs or even a blue/red buff it it's still there.
Unless they have a fast clear speed and you have a low clear speed (i'm pretty sure Kindred can clear camps pretty quickly -- i never jungle), then this should work. Best of luck!
Ward and always assume they will invade you. Be safe, drag your buff into the bush when fighting it. Play around that.
dont go strait to the big buffs get wraiths or gholems. while they kill time waiting in a bush for you. your busy getting cash and exp
Assume you are going to get invaded. What I do is, if I know the enemy jungler has a strong early lead, I'll ward the buff and then take another camp that's outside that buff's vision. Even in plat people make the same mistake: they'll see an undefended buff and try to take it. It's undefended for a reason. They'll take a few hits dragging it into the brush. I'll circle around the side they don't see and then kill them when they are half HP. No matter how strong your early game is, you'll never be stronger at level 2 than another champ + buff.
You could try having a teammate come into assist you, you could ward it, wait for them to engage it and then attack them. You could avoid getting it, go for something like scuttle or even just swap for their buff if you know they are coming.
