We want Lissandra's passive re-work + a new skin

lissandra passive is out of place, it's only there for mana sustain needs a new skin, hasnt gotten one since 2014

Should we change Xerath's passive as well?

I mean seriously, Xerath's passive is out of place as well, it's only mana sustain.

He needs more skins, because the few he has aren't good enough.

TBH, Blade Queen is probably one of the best skins out there in terms of ulti particles.

I like playing Lissandra. But her passive is really useless. Maybe it is good in early game but then.... I think it is simiar as Xerath or Veigar. Good in early, then useless. And her skins? Yea... Blade Queen is nice but I think there are some people, who don't like it (I don't like that skin too). I don't like her mask and that face on it... Its.... Interesting but quite creepy :D Maybe her mask is connected with her story - she pretends that she is good but she wants to rule over the whole Frelijord.... And I also don't like the colour and her hair. This skin have cool ability effects but that face... o.o :D Maybe some gold or.... i don't know... purple? skin might be great :) Something mysterious.... Or I like image of some galaktic skin in my head... xD I don't really know. But as I said - by my opinion, she needs new skin. Most of Lissandra players are using her "normal skin" (playing her without skin). And I am sure, if there will be some new, lot of players might buy it.... :)
