Only getting keys from honor?

I literally get 1-2 key fragments nearly every other time i log onto league, but i have only received 1 capsule in the entirety of the honor update. I'm not very toxic, and i get honored a reasonable amount of games. Is it just bad luck?

Capsules have a drop rate of one per every three weeks as they had recently changed it. So you'll get it eventually, just keep playing. I've gotten two of them since reaching Honor 5 and had never seen them before then.
