Need help with Nautlius Top.

Lately I been enjoying to play a lot of Nautilus top where I even started playing him in Gold 3+ Solo que, which is the highest elo I been in so far. I feel like I been rather successful with him so far, but at the same time I feel I have barely learnt him at the max level. I know this is rather stupid question to ask, but Do anyone know how to play him top? while also being around the elo of Gold 4+, I don't trust players who are lower elo.

I feel like since this patch is a lot exposing the weakness in junglers it would be perfect to get Nautilus top back into the game, since he can clear the jungle quite fast without the need of smite and jungle items. Also ever since his buff to his Base ad, he been extremely easy to last hit minions with while also harassing with Grasp, so much I been able to out duel some of the most powerful duelists top, for ex Camille.

I been maxing E when I'm against burst champions (Fighters) and W when I'm against low damage champions (Juggernauts). My items depends also on matchup, but mostly I rush > Usually go for Randuins unless there's high mobility where I rather go for

Runes is resolve + Sorcery tree where I get Grasp and Ultimate Hat as primal picks.
