Warmogs buff

I don't really know what purpose this item serves. I haven't seen anyone buy it in a LONG time. Mainly cause people just die in 3 seconds without having time to back off and regenerate, pure hp also doesn't do much, kind of like how frozen hearts pure armor doesn't do much. So both items are rarely build with an exception to certain champions such as, with frozen heart etc. I believe I saw an buy a week ago.

Just make its regeneration passive trigger one second earlier, or give it more hp to help stop tanks being bursted down, maybe more CDR. Anyway there are my personal thoughts because as of now alot of defensive options suck.

(As a side note it was hilarious to see the Ornn I mentioned earlier be solo killed by a even though Ornn had )
