GG surrender pls

Hi, Can you change surrender rules in normal games, because it is annoing people surrender after 20 mins (just after lane phase ends) because they are losing (and they "don't want waste their time" lol). Today i had a game with team score 17-13 and my team agreed to surrender after 20 mins. I can understand surrender option is good when team has a leaver or enemy team is way ahead and they are playing with enemies, but it is ridic players surrender so early and starts talking "gg i give up" , "gg surrender 20" after 10 minutes. I play normal games to train, but it is almost impossible to pracise teamfights because you spend most of your time at lane phase, then you make 1 or 2 teamfights and your or enemy team surrender. I find it very annoing because i have to argue and use nasty words to players who wants to surrender and listen to their essays how is our team comp bad or how fed are they or how many dragons enemies got. To be honest, i think 80% of my normal games would end in 25 minutes if i agree to surrender everytime, but i never do it so i can play 35 minutes game.

I think, in normal games surrender should be agreed when every active player agrees in 20~~30 min - you can surrender when you have a leaver, or you can surrender when NOONE in your team want to play this anymore. 30+min - normal rules.

Or can you at least punish players for negative attitude in normal games, because i am getting so mad everytime i see someone asking for surrender at 20th min

Extending the time would be horrible. I'm sure it sucks when you have noob team mates who give up and don't even try to make a comeback when it is easily possible; but that situation is far less frequent than AFKers, intentional feeders, and games where one team has dominated and snowballed out of control. In these situations I do not have enough time in a day to spend another 10 minutes having my stats ruined waiting to surrender.

Your vote counts just as much as your allies, it's a democracy. If you don't want to surrender vote no, if your 4 allies vote yes maybe you should admit defeat.

This also would only INCREASE toxic behavior. I already see people leave or afk/rage when the 20 min surrender vote fails. People will just leave game if they know the match is over before 30 mins.

I think Dominion was made so that you can train teamfights without having to go through the laning phase. You should make use of that.

I just tell them the game is never over and the enemy team is going to make mistakes. You really can't control how they feel and what not and I'll admit that people have thrown up surrender votes when I was 30/2 just because they kept dying. You could just do what everyone else and play with a friend that way you have infinite control over the surrender votes.
