While already an underused rune, the fact that the damage triggers on minions makes it only harder to use. I personally loving using it on strong mid-lane gankers (Kennen) and junglers but having the buff dissipate just because I lightning rushed through minions is a bit frustrating... Could be a good boost to help make it more popular.
Making it champion only would be incredible, and would make it useful on champions like Singed that hit everything that can be hit when they do their thing.
Don't do the "daily reminder" thing though. Don't be that guy. If you want to raise awareness make a PSA like a respectable poster.

I'm honestly in a bind, lol. On one hand I've been saying that Kennen is stupid OP since S3, but on the other hand, I really want Predator to be viable...
