Have you gotten a 25-game chat restriction in the past few months? If not, that seems unjustified and I would submit a support ticket. If you have, unfortunately that was the next step up.
I would send in a ticket about the other guy like Demon King Maou said.
Screenshot the chat logs. I've seen way too many of these threads "I only said one thing and got punished" turn out to be complete bullshit
Getting a 14 ban means you had prior chat restriction on the account or you busted out some racial/homophobic slurs or told him to kill himself. Since you answered elsewhere that you don't have chat restriction, the only other scenario is you're lying about your response
What's great about this game, is that there is a mute button.

eh I got banned for 14 days for calling someone a %%%got that was running it down mid and telling our whole team to kill themselves, riots report system is a meme but if you misspell your cuss words you won't get banned.

The best answer would have been to say nothing and steal his farm because if there is one thing Sion players hate it's having their farm stolen he would have raged some more and would have gotten a chatban himself instead or he would have ragequit and gotten leaverbuster penalty
