Based on the conspicuous 14-day gap in your match history in early January, it looks like you've only been off your two-week ban for less than three weeks. So yes, going right back into calling people you disagree with "retard" could get you banned, since you were on your final warning.

I'll happily provide evidence to refute your opinion if you can clarify it. Right now, it sounds comparable to saying "If you visit 7-11 often enough, you'll be caught shoplifting". Which is only true if you're a shoplifter.

I chat all the time, I have never been so much as chat restricted, and I plan on continuing that streak indefinitely.

i had a 14 day it was deserved i was really tilted then.But now im far better i never flame.I just said retard 2 times.The second time was actually to a friend.So i actually just said to him that im a silver 2 not bronze 5 and i get permad after 100 dollars on the game

That is why then. You had been directly escalated to a 14 day ban previously, meaning you skip the chat restriction stages.

After a 14 day ban, any punishment for verbal toxicity would result in a perm ban. So even something that would only get a chat restriction, like this perhaps, would instead be permanent.

Side note, they don't care how much money you put in the game.

Tbh Riot seems to cater to what i can only see as a lynch mob mentality. If two hypersensitive teammate or more finds "retard" you will be lynched/permbanned. Apparently since the word "retard" is hyper offensive to snowflakes these days so its only natural that they would ban that.

Report numbers don't matter, so I don't know where you're getting the whole "mob mentality" thing from.

"Retard" is specifically an insult here. The degree to which one is insulted could vary, but there's no escalation needed. Dude was on his last warning with his account and called his teammates retards, there's not much else to discuss.

NOPE they never care for context. Serious gamers take wins and losses more seriously than hypersensitive kids. They should have a kiddy version where again "unsafe words" gets converted into positive messages. But its ok im going to do that report everyone who offends me even if i go 1/22 as a feeder and am called that I will report that person. If I'm an awful adc and you just say that im bad I will report you.

if you call a feeder a feeder then yes they can report you. its crazy!

feeder is one of the words that will count towards a punishment against you. along with afk, troll, and report. so not only will raging at a troll get you banned but also just talking about what they are doing can get you punished.

you have to pretend to not notice what they are doing to be safe. it would be rude and toxic to call them out on it.

Yes, you can be reported for calling anyone anything negative, regardless of whether you think the term is applicable to them.

As a long time veteran and visitor of the Player Behavior Boards, I'm gonna give my two cents.

If you've recently had a 14-day ban and I use recently as a loose term because the effects of a 14-day ban can hang onto an account long after you've forgotten about it, then the next step is a permanent ban. It warns you on the 14-day ban "If this behavior continues, your account will be permanently suspended." and you must click "I understand" to continue. Whether you read it or not you agreed that you were warned that you were on your final straw no matter the severity. Even before that by agreeing to the Terms of Use you agreed that you understood this could happen.

I assume what triggered this report is the use of the word "retard" and threats to report. While saying to report someone isn't inherently punishable you used it as a way to threaten them.

tl;dr Riot holds the right to ban you if deemed toxic and you continued to act in a determinably toxic way by Riot so action was taken.
