Unbench the Kench

Hey guys I don't post very often on the boards but I want to gather your thoughts an opinions on this. Tahm Kench was once a monster to deal with in lane, we all know the horrors of poking this frog and him laughing at you as it all regenerated back. We remember the insane damage he used to do with his ultimate's passive. Now he is underplayed and completely weak. The 6.13 patch destroyed him. While I agree the grey health issues needed to be fixed and I know that it's nerfs were well deserved I think they went a little overboard with the ult passive nerfs. His new ratio is 0.5/1/1.5% of his maximum health from 2/4/6 . I feel this is extremely weakening to the poor guy and that maybe it's time for them to check up on their ole frog friend.

Have any of you heard of a rework coming up for this guy or something of the sort? I'm very concerned as he was my favorite go to champion whenever I was placed support or decided to support.
