Can we revert Annie's rework?

Like she's been top 5 WINRATE mid ever since the rework in every patch. She is now competitively impossible to play. I dont know it feels like old Annie with the higher Ap ratios on tibbers along with the aoe have her more diversity. Not saying her rework is bad it just doesn't feel like Annie used to be. You would pick Annie and you were expected to lock down 1-3 people and getting more stunned was already a challenge in itself. I enjoyed those days a lot more than a buffed get-a-free-kill-after-death Tibbers. I felt like I could do more with a kit that was very straightforward. That's just my opinion though I just want to see what other people think about it.
