Minimap shift-right-click to move suggestion/request

I have been practicing my adc skills, especially orb-walking/kiting, and I have noticed that when I am kiting in a downward right direction, my mouse always seem to click on the minimap. I have disabled the "Allow minimap movement" setting, so now I can't accidentally click on the minimap to move in the wrong direction, which is what I want, but I think there should also be a setting that lets me do something like shift-right-click so I can move by clicking on the minimap when I actually want to. Another thing is that when you disable the "Allow minimap movement" setting, right clicking the minimap does not act as if the minimap wasn't there. Right-clicking in that area does nothing unlike the rest of the interface where you can right click over your health and items and it still works as if you were right-clicking the ground. I would really appreciate it if Riot implemented this into the game as it would very much help me, especially when I play adc.
