AP Xin Zhao is basically regen Xin Zhao.

Like, every 3rd attack revives well over a quarter of his health (hyperbole (actually it's kinda true)).

A fed AP Xin Zhao can even solo towers with ease since his W can heal him off towers.

Or realize that AP Xin Xhao doesn't even do much damage? And every AP mid and their mother is building Morello's, AP Xin shouldn't even be a problem
