Does the difficult change with time to get an S rank after an game? Because ive been playing couple games and see other players get s rank while i dont even tho i have better score than them.

Those are what primarily goes into getting an S.

You are not judged based on the people around you.

You are judged based on the stats of all the people playing the champion you are playing in the same position (in ranked I think it is also in the same rank). So you need to have stats (kda cs damage to objectives vision damage to champs etc) that average in the top 15% 10% 5% of all the people playing the pick in your position for S- S S+ ( values could differ could be 10% 7% and 3% idk about that)
