Concerning Lag Spikes while playing League (looking for any possible help)

For about 3 weeks now I've been getting lag spikes going from my normal 30ms to up to 500ms then back down.

As you can imagine this is exceedingly frustrating to try playing with.

I have 1gb/s download 30mb/s upload.

INTEL® CORE™ I7-7700K Processor 8M Cache 4 Cores 4.2GHZ Up to 4.5GHZ FC-LGA14C cpu

NVIDIA Titan X Pascal 1531 MHz 12 GB GDDR5X gpu

Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB 2x16GB DDR4 3200MHz C16 1.35V Memory

Windows 10 ver.1809

Can anyone help me with this because it seems to only affect League. Any help at all would be appreciated!
