These minion changes give even more power to afks and trolls

Why do we have to get punished even more if someone leaves our game or feeds intentionally? This is one of the worst changes I have ever seen in years. Am I supposed to believe that the automated bans and new report systems are going to stop me from running into trolls forever? Of course not, realistically speaking there is always going to be a stinker, but the only thing that is going to change is that Riot is hellbent on giving trolls more power to ruin games further.

I mean we already have Baron Buffs and added to the mix is the Rift Heralder Buff, ADCs have a buttload of tank melting potential, there was no real problem with taking down turrets, now this makes it even worse.

I don't need a PhD to understand that if we give a winning team a bigger advantage of winning based on levels that it is going to make everything worse and the afks/trolls another incentive of leaving.
