Generally i play top with cho'gath and im not bad at all, but whenever i go to play any kind of carry or jungle i get rekt. Im level 11 and i would just love some advice! What order do i use his abilities in? what kind of builds should i use? WHY AM I BAD AT ANYTHING BUT TANKY CHAMPS????

The best build is crit Yi. Anything else is sub-optimal

You don't need to worry about armor penetration for the most part (outside of runes). I've shredded a 400 armor 4k HP ulting Maokai in under 4 seconds at full build.
Some people say to get first over . Not always a bad option, but Yi doesn't do good in extended trades in the early game, making the attack speed harder to make use of. Optimally you'll trade by auto+Q+autoing and then hobbling away
EDIT: I just noticed you said you're level 11. Just keep playing and you'll get better. That's Crett's promise
Troy2426211 votesYi is a bad jungler until you can rely on your laners to not fall apart before you come online. All he does well is split push, and even then his dueling is subpar until he has multiple core items built.
