Inb4 Tear and Rod Nerf.

Well there's no denying it now, Singed and a ton of other tear champions are really good right now. As I've been maining Singed so far for a good third of my league life, I can't be any happier that he's top tier right now. I can only expect the nerfs soon enough considering he yesterday had the highest win rate out of any champion in solo queue NA. These past days have been glorious for me though Riot without a doubt. <3 Anyway I'd like to hear from you guys! Who do you think has been most affected by the tear and rod buffs positively?
