He still busts tanks like nothing. attkspd nerf did nothing when he can just buy blade of the imbalanced king and ghost blade. He buys imba king blade for early mid game, then trades it out later on if he needs to. The 2 items together are mega broken on him mid game. He needs further adjustments, or you need to adjust those items. Doesn't matter if you have high armor or not when it just gets penetrated, and between his abilities and the attckspeed he gets from those items, tanks stand no chance and still can be 100-0 by him. You failed on this pass with him riot.
