Ok heres my story so im in a ranked game right and im s2 feeling good trying to get to gold like any would want to if you are silver so I play nasus and my appont plays jax and I never faced a jax as nasus so im like cant be that bad right??? so get into game and I go top jax is no were to be found so I farm all good he tellys tops and im at abount half hp here so I take Helth pots and head back to my tower I get to my tower and im at FULL hp now and im lev 4 hes lev 2 no buffs at all only dorens blade he dove me and he killed me at lev 2 when im FULL hp nasus from about 1100 to 0 in about 3 secs and gets out living and you may be wondering here why are you here? I Beg some one at riot I beg you on my fucking knees I FUCKING NEED YOU to nerf jax NEED You I dont think its fair to dive some one LEV 2 and kill them Pls I beg you only do me this one thing thank you and have a good night...

That was painful to read. I would recommend using a spellchecker.
Somehow, between the all-caps and ranting I doubt your account of the game.

Level 2 Jax, assuming 100 AD 20 AP (...lol)

Assuming E gets all 4 dodges for max bonus damage, his E does 136 and Q does 118. Assuming he constantly autoattacks AND has max passive stacks at the time he can get out 2.4 attacks over 3 seconds. Even rounding that to 3 (what) he gets a max of 300 damage.

That gives him 554 damage WITH EVERY ODD IN HIS FAVOR. I discounted E not getting the bonus, or that he can only realistically get 2 attacks off, or that armor and magic resistance exist. Unless you actually fought him over, say, 20 seconds and also didn't fight back I can't see Jax winning.

Spellcheck.

Did you use W or E? They shred movespeed, attack speed, and armor when combined. Basically, all of Jax's strengths.

With Empower, an aa reset, and counter strike Jax would do E, aa, w, aa, aa ,e proc in 3 sec for 100,150,100,100,200=750
