RIOT NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR "TRIBUNAL SYSTEM"!!!!

Hey every one Im just here because I need to get the attention of riot to change their banning system. So a lot of you know that the banning system CAN be unfair AT TIMES (note: Not all the time when the case is a obvious ban able case) But when you get PERMA Ban from league of legends for calling some one A "Dumb ass" when they obviously trolling it is ridiculous and extremely unfair to the ban victims. So I am on a goal to get riot games to SERIOUSLY change their banning system. For example I was ban (me) for calling some one that went VAYNE JUNGLE Devour, This person got me ban just because I was seriously mad at her and called her a few things that might have been a little harsh on my part but for a VERY GOOD REASON. Now see that was not the only bad part about this ban, Riot does not realize how much damage they are doing to the ban victim. I had around 460$ (U.S Dollars) worth of skins on my account, around 3300 hours (almost 140 days, almost half a year), ALL my close friends, family, and just people you know and talk too on your friends list, a few wards skins, my rank, ALL of my champs , my runes and mas. now too alot of people in the league of legends community that's a HELL OF A LOT OF TIME SPENT on a game THEY WANT YOU too play and they have the nerve to PERMA BAN YOU!? how dare they? That shows love for the game and that you want too play it all the time tho's are the type of players a company wants just so they can take the money right from your pay check to their bank accounts. So let me ask you Riot the damage you too to the players that you ban is just not a game any more its Too be honest a huge part of their lives and you ban them? for saying some thing that alot of people would just ignore or laugh off in real life? Because your banning system is DESTROYING dedicated players lives by banning them because of a troll or some one that cant take some sarcasm. So I am gonna ask you very serenely from the bottom of my dear heart PLEASE USE REAL PEOPLE TO LOOK OVER THE CASES AND NOT ONLY LOOK AT THE "TOXIC" PLAYER BUT INSTEAD LOOK AT THE PERSON THAT REPORTED THE PERSON SUCH AS IF THEY WERE TROLLING ( LIKE VAYNE JUNGLE IN SEASON 6) thank you very much for your time to reading this (p.s if you could urban me because of my unfair case or at least talk to me so I can understand what I did wrong that would be amazing, Thank you) AnnieDaDankChild Is my BAN account name...
