ADC Soraka.... wtf.... It's the only other thing she can do in the meta. In fact, it's better than AP Soraka. Just.... Fricking... Try it....

I saw and off carry Soraka in Nemesis draft once. Stacking both BT and BotRK. It was actually quite creative, because soraka could actually deal fair amount of damage, all while having plenty of health to heal her allies.
Though I would not do it outside of Nemesis draft though.
Build Zeke's on her and then go crazy with lifesteal items.
Battle Banana Soraka is pretty hilarious.
