Ask yourselves, why is it that Cait is like flash, one team gets to have one in almost every game. Then you guys buff her, When was the last time we've seen a slutty MF or a hungry kogmaw.
Cait's kit is too good, too robust, cut it down and bring other adc's into the spotlight.

DragoonRuin1 votesCaitlyn's not OP, BUT she is very safe, and reliable as an ADC. She didn't need the buff that RIOT just gave to her, but it still makes her better, so people are going to use it and abuse her until she gets nerfed down again.
There are other ADC's like Miss Fortune that need buffs and QoL improvements much, much more than Caitlyn did.
