Client bug?

Soemtimes when I accept a queue...everyone else in my team will go into champ select, and i'll go back too the team lobby, but cannot join a game because it says I'm in another game. If I leave then I have to wait 10-15 minutes to play again, and I have too log out. What is going on? Never had this happen until 2 days ago.

Happens sometimes. The client has done this to me about 5 times total(over the course of about 2 years). Not a new bug, but it is slightly irritating to relog. Not that big of deal since reloging is the only repercussion.

what about client bug that opens 4 sessions of lol when you click the shortcut?
