Nerf Yasuo's Wind Wall

I just find it really irritating for champs like Leblanc, where you have to land your full combo to do a lot of damage, and Yasuo's wind wall just removes almost ALL damage from a lb combo. His wall lasts almost 4 seconds! Can't they nerf it to last as long as 1 second or maaaaybe 2 seconds, just because it is a really powerful ability, and I believe that it should require excellent timing to make use of it, rather than just using it and just blocking bazillions of damage.

What are your thoughts? :)
