Kled is broken
Seriously guys Kled is broken as hell and yet 2 weeks in you do nothing to tune him up? Will he be getting some nerfs on the next patch or will we have to perma ban him until you get a grip on his power?

Two weeks isn't enough time for them to get an accurate amount of data to identify the problem, come up with a solution, test it, and get it to a point where he is balanced. They probably still don't even have enough data at this point. He is still fairly new, and most new champions are out of balanced over the first month or longer.
They need to give Skaarl less health when he comes back. Its basically free sustain in lane, and he can't lose a 1v1 or even 2v1 if he plays it well.
Or, you could just learn how to play against him.
Black Shield and he's now sub par...
Just got out of a game vs Kled. The guy I was facing was like yeah I know "he's broke as fuck". I had Jax and did fine even though Jax "counters" him... lol that's funny. Yeah you will win the first trade while he is mounted. Then he gets a full reset and before you can finish him he's back to mounted again. Not to mention he doesn't use mana so he cast everything on CD if desired. I don't get the balance of no mana champs that has such low CDs and high burst. but what ever, it's the new era of League... Get use to everything in play being op. Makes for better ratings for pro play.
