The FF system

I know that many people get frustrated when they get stuck in waste of time games and are unable to FF. And when I mean a waste I don't mean slightly behind I mean hopeless. Also where someone goes AFK post the remake vote but pre 15 mins for an ff vote. Amongst the 30 ish people I play league with regularly this is the most frustrating thing and the one that causes them to stop playing the most.

Why can't the ff system be simple, if 4 vote for it at any point the ff comes through. If there is an afk then 3. It would massively reduce a lot of flaming in game and think be healthy for the player base. Equally I suggest this only for non ranked games.
