The Elo Conundrum vs. my team....

So here is my thought. If you happen to get stuck in silver after prelims and your team likes to troll, or afk, or just completely unskilled, then you lose a game for something that wasn't you fault. I feel like there needs to be a system in place that can fix this so that you don't lose as many points in a ranked game. Or if it goes to the tribunal and there is a punishment, you are reimbursed, or something of this nature. Just today I had 2 troll bot lanes, and 2 adcs that told the support to quit because they were so bad...and they did. Maybe there has to be a special ban for ranked games? I now have to play even more games to catch up for something that truly wasn't my fault. Riot, we need to do something, and I have plenty of ideas if interested.
