Skin Defaults to regular in Team Builder

When you load team builder and you do not change your champion or skin, no matter what skin is currently selected, the game will load the default skin.

You can fix this by selecting the default skin, or any other skin, then re-selecting the one you want. This happens to me every time i start up TB.
