Champs that can go 0/5 in laning pahse and still 1 shot

Champs like (and more just forgot somehow) can get dumpstered in laning phase and can still 1 shot most champs in the game without a problem. In my opinion once you get the far behind you should be forced to play safe and farm but they dont have to due to their raw damage and abilities like e has such a long distance she can just dodge any skilshot then get a reset from picking up a dagger. In general i dont think you should be able to play aggressive even after falling behind that far.
