Dealing with Group-mid-itis

I have been pretty hardstuck low gold and something that has been bugging me is the fact that my team feels the need to group mid after 30 minutes and spam pings me to group even when I am playing Jax Tryndamere .The worst part is that they usually proceed to die 4v5 and give up dragon/Baron and allow enemy to recall. Had they played safe, I would be able to trade the same amount of towers/objectives because of uncontested pushing. Is there some way I can deal with this?

/ignore all. Play a hard splitpusher like Tryndamere or singed and push an empty top lane faster than your team can lose 4v5. This also works with junglers like udyr.

There's a healthy balance, odds are both sides are wrong to a degree. Split pushers that go all in too far too deep too often are doomed to lose. I suggest trying to find a way to tone it down at least some, neither extreme is good and if ALL 4 allies frequently tell you to stop, I'd bet good money you're going a little too extreme at minimum.

"Everyone is wrong but me" generally means you're wrong, at least to a degree.

In addition, just because you're a split pusher doesn't mean as a whole your team doesn't have the superior teamfight. Maybe it's not that they're entirely ignoring that you're trynd, but you're also ignoring what they're playing. It's not a 1 man game.

Edit: Just looked through your stats, everything about them says you have a total disregard for the enemy and your own teams positioning. In addition, you don't use many wards which puts you at even greater risk. You're tunnel visioning and you need to open it up a bit if you want to overcome this.
