Cant even block two jungle autos?

can we increase shens block durations to 2 secs? or at least 1.6 1.7 1.8 1.9 2? his blocks is seriously underwhelming and my allies cant get in the circle fast enough for it to be effective. but for the sake of argument i am a shen main lvl 7. i would like to have the option of scaling w even tho i know energy regen is on e i just feel like his sheild is missing something. atm its better to use it to proc your passsive than it is to actually block excluding fervor top laners you cant even block monster autos unless you block the moment the damage is received/ auto attack projectile
